What Do I Do if I Receive the Wrong Product In My Order?Updated 2 months ago

We double-check every order before it leaves our warehouse and track stock levels closely. This helps us maintain accuracy and means we’ll be able to see if something wasn’t sent when we do a stock count.

If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, please email our team at [email protected] and include:

  • A photo of the item you received

  • The name of the item(s) you’re missing

Important for chocolate orders:

Chocolate is always packed inside a foil bag. Please check inside the foil bag before reporting a missing item, and never dispose of unopened foil bags. We’re unable to replace products that have been thrown away unopened.
