What Should I Do If My Order is Damaged Upon Arrival?Updated 2 months ago
At Free From Family Co, we do everything we can to pack your order carefully to ensure it arrives safely. However, due to the fragile nature of some of our items, minor breakages may occur in transit. We never ship items in damaged packaging or that are broken.
Please note:
Inedible Products: If any item arrives in a condition that makes it inedible, we will gladly replace it for you, or refund. Please email photos within 24 hours of delivery to [email protected].
Cosmetic Damage: Items like chocolate bars may occasionally break during delivery. While these products might not look perfect, they’re still safe to enjoy, and therefore we’re unable to provide replacements for cosmetic damage.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any concerns! Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your order while also minimising unnecessary waste.
